Teen Book Fest

Where Teens and Books Meet!

Testimonials

The event was such a blast and I’m so thrilled that the attendees had a great time too! You’re a rockstar for putting together this lovely event. Thanks again!      Marie Lu, author of the Legend Trilogy.

What a joy today was. We need to grow this even more… there is no reason why this festival can’t be as big as Rochester or Austin or anywhere else. Are you kidding me? This is SoCal. And today totally rocked. Totally.        Andrew Smith, author of Winger.

One of the best-organized small festivals, the Ontario Teen Book Fest really takes care of their authors. We had escorts throughout the day who anticipated our every need. My moderators were outstanding, very smart and they knew and loved their panelist’s books. The readers were wonderful, enthusiastic teens and adult fans of YA — the whole day was a delight.      Lissa Price, author of Starters.

I just wanted to thank you again for including me in your festival! You really did such a fabulous job organizing, and I had a blast!      Jessi Kirby, author of Golden.

Thanks for letting me be a part of the festival. I enjoyed moderating, meeting new people and seeing buddies. Your people were great!       Carrie Arcos, author of Out of Reach

Ontario Teen Book Fest is a magical place where authors and readers come together for a day that celebrates stories and community.  The event is impeccably organized, with every detail – from thoughtful panels to great keynote speeches to lunch – carefully curated.  The wildest and most fun portion of the day is the author speed dating, which has authors running from table to table for five minutes with a group of readers.  It’s exhilarating and so much fun, just like the festival itself.        Abdi Nazemian, author of The Authentics.

I’d long heard from my author friends that the Ontario Teen Book Fest was their favorite event.  Now I know why.  I loved every minute – moderating the panels with amazing authors, meeting the readers and fans, author speed dating!  The event was well organized and action packed.  Can’t wait for next year.        Jennifer Brody, author of The United Continuums.
